1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via Clerk authentication. If you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID and username.

Uploaded content: Roblox files (.rbxm, .rbxl) you upload are parsed and stored to provide AI support. We extract scripts, UI elements, and file hierarchy but do not share this data.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including support sessions, credit transactions, and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your uploaded files and generate AI-powered support responses
• To manage your account, billing, and credit balance

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Supabase — Database and file storage
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI model for generating support responses
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Discord — Bot integration for customer support delivery
• Vercel — Web application hosting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. AI Processing

When the AI bot responds to support questions, relevant portions of your uploaded scripts and UI data are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes. Your source code is never shared with end users — the bot references scripts by name and location without exposing code.

6. Data Retention

Your account data and uploaded files are retained for as long as your account is active. Support session history is retained for 90 days. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service.
