1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Felix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Felix is an AI-powered customer support platform for Roblox product creators. The Service includes a web dashboard, a Discord bot, and related tools that allow users to upload Roblox files, manage products, and provide automated support to their customers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all files, scripts, and content you upload to Felix. By uploading content, you grant Felix a limited license to process, parse, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never share, sell, or redistribute your uploaded files or source code.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Credits and Billing

Felix operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using AI features. Paid plans renew monthly. Top-up credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Felix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded content will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
